• Your Deriv account ID and account type (demo or real), received via Deriv OAuth
• Session data to keep you logged in securely
• Trade records (symbol, contract type, stake, result) for your demo trades on this platform
• Journal entries and notes you voluntarily write
• Risk calculator inputs you provide
• Messages you send via the contact form
• Log data (IP address, browser type, pages visited) for security and troubleshooting

• To authenticate you securely via Deriv OAuth
• To display your demo account information and trading history
• To save your journal entries and risk calculations
• To respond to contact form messages

• We do not sell your personal data to third parties
• We do not store your Deriv password (login is handled entirely by Deriv OAuth)
• We do not have access to real trading funds or real account balances for trading purposes

Your data is stored in a secured MySQL database hosted on Hostinger. Access tokens received from Deriv are encrypted before storage. We use HTTPS, secure PHP sessions, and prepared database statements. However, no system is 100% secure.

7. Third Parties

Trade Pilot is powered by the Deriv API. When you log in with Deriv OAuth, you are subject to Deriv's Terms and Privacy Policy. We use Google Fonts for typography.

You may request deletion of your account data by contacting us at danmuts2@gmail.com. We will process requests within 30 days.

9. Children

Trade Pilot is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
