Risk Disclosure Statement
Last updated: August 16, 2026
1. General Risk Warning
Trading financial instruments — including options, forex, synthetic indices, commodities, and cryptocurrencies — involves a high degree of risk. The value of trades can move against you, and you may lose more than your initial investment. Only trade with money you can afford to lose.
2. No Guaranteed Profits
Trade Pilot makes no representation that any user will or is likely to achieve profits or losses similar to those shown in demo trading results. Demo results do not reflect real-market conditions in all circumstances and should not be relied upon as a predictor of live market outcomes.
3. Demo vs. Live Trading
Demo (virtual) accounts operate in a simulated environment. Slippage, liquidity issues, and execution differences may mean demo results are better than live results. Strategies that work in demo may not perform the same in live markets.
4. Market Risk
Markets are subject to rapid and unpredictable changes due to economic events, political instability, regulatory changes, and other factors. Past performance is not indicative of future results.
5. Technology Risk
Trading platforms may experience downtime, connectivity issues, or data inaccuracies. Trade Pilot relies on the Deriv API and is subject to the availability and accuracy of that third-party service.
6. Regulatory Risk
Financial regulations vary by jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to ensure trading is legal in your country of residence. Trade Pilot is not responsible for regulatory compliance in your jurisdiction.
7. Not a Licensed Broker or Advisor
Trade Pilot is not a licensed broker, exchange, or financial advisor. We do not execute trades on your behalf — your trades are executed on your Deriv account. Trade Pilot provides tools and a dashboard interface only.
8. Acknowledgement
By using Trade Pilot, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accept all risks described in this disclosure. If you do not accept these risks, do not use the platform.
