1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Trade Pilot ("the Platform") at https://tradepilothub.happy-mod.cloud, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Description of Service

Trade Pilot is a demo trading dashboard powered by the Deriv API. It allows users to connect their Deriv virtual (demo) accounts to explore markets, request trade proposals, place demo trades, and review their performance. In Version 1, only Deriv demo/virtual accounts are supported for trading activity.

3. Not Financial Advice

Trade Pilot is not a licensed financial advisor and does not provide investment advice. Nothing on this platform constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. All information and tools are for educational and practice purposes only.

4. Risk Warning

Trading financial instruments involves significant risk. You may lose some or all of your capital. Even demo trading used for strategy testing does not guarantee future results in live markets. Never trade with money you cannot afford to lose.

6. Demo-Only Mode

Version 1 of Trade Pilot operates in Demo Only Mode. Real-money trading is disabled. If you log in with a real Deriv account, trading actions will be blocked. This restriction may be changed in future versions.

7. Third-Party Services

Trade Pilot is powered by the Deriv API. Your use of Deriv's services is subject to Deriv's own terms and conditions. Trade Pilot is not affiliated with or endorsed by Deriv Ltd.

8. Intellectual Property

All platform design, code, and content produced by Trade Pilot is owned by Trade Pilot. The Deriv API and brand belong to Deriv Ltd.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trade Pilot shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
